Rowena McGowan is a second year Master of Museum Studies candidate, with a background in biology and archaeology. She is hoping to go into interpretive planning and exhibition design, and has a special interest in how museums use social media. Although she is not very tech-savvy herself, she is fascinated by emergent technology and the ways in which it can change the world. Her goal is to promote all aspects of the fascinating research that Semaphore does to as wide an audience as possible.
